How do I restore a full account backup I have?

If you have downloaded a zip file of your entire account, you can use that zip file to restore your account to how it was when your backup was taken. Keep in mind, restoring a full backup from zip will replace existing data in your account! If your backup was taken 4 months ago and you have emails in your mailbox you want to keep, or files in your account you want to save, or databases with important data, back up those items before restoring a full account backup! If you want to merge backup data with live data, use JetBackup to restore your account from our backup system.

You will need to provide the zip file to our support team for restoration. Other types of backups such as home directory backups, MySQL database backups, etc. can be restored without our support team's assistance.
